GENERAL & SHIPPING:
Do you ship worldwide?
We do offer worldwide shipping, all rates are provided at checkout depending on selected country.
When will my order be shipped?
*Unless stated in product description all orders are handmade / embroidery is made to order.* All orders are processed and packaged within 1-7 days from date of purchase. I appreciate your patience. Shipping confirmations along with tracking numbers will be sent via SMS or Email once ready. If you're local to us there will be a delivery option available at checkout and I will personally bring your item to you!
My order shipped - where is it?
Once your order is in the hands of the Courier, Restez Classique has no control or leverage of the status of the package, and assumes no responsibilities.
Estimated delivery time within Canada is anywhere from 1-12 business days.
Estimated delivery time within the USA is anywhere from 1-12 business days.
Estimated delivery time Internationally is anywhere from 1-30 business days.
Can I pick up my order if I'm local?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer a free local pickup option.
What if I typed in the wrong address?
If you included the wrong address, please send an email as soon as possible for us to change it. If you do not reach out by the time we ship the order, we will not be able to change the address and your order will be sent to the address provided! We will not offer a refund for a mistaken address, so please read carefully when inputting your information!
What if I forgot to include my apartment number?
If you forgot to include your apartment number and the order is sent back to us, you will be responsible for a second shipping fee.
How do I care for my pieces?
We recommend you wash your items inside out on cold and hang to dry to prevent shrinkage and to keep all embroidered crews and hoodies soft and cozy. If you notice any puckering around the embroidered design over time, this is normal! Simply iron over the design(inside out with a cloth in between iron and garment) and it will look good as new. Do not iron directly on designs and do not take to the apparel to a dry cleaner.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
How do I return an item?
All sale items are final sale. At the moment, we are not accepting any returns.
If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us at info@restezclassique.com with your order number, and a description of the issue.

Can I exchange an item? The size isn't right for me.
If you receive your order and would like to change/exchange sizes, please email us at info@restezclassique.com with your name, order number, and the product and size you'd like to exchange to. Exchanges are not guaranteed, as our stock fluctuates and we may not have your desired size in stock. Exchanges are only accepted as long as the apparel is in its original form, unworn, free of scents, any marks or stains and with tags attached.
You have 14 DAYS from the date your order was DELIVERED to qualify for an exchange. The customer is fully responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at info@restezclassique.com so we can check the status of your order and see if it is still available to cancel.
